B.Sc. Business Administration
B.Sc. Business Administration serves to produce managerial manpower with appropriate knowledge, skills and aptitude to handle the ever-growing and changing business environment, with quality education and training that will develop the mind, impart both theoretical and practical knowledge on individual students, develop their self-confidence and help them become innovative and self-reliant in the field of Business Administration. The overall goal of the programme is to produce graduates who wish to pursue a career in Business administration and related areas. The programme equips students with relevant key skills and knowledge essential for managing and administering businesses.
Students of B.Sc. Business Administration should be able to:
- Qualify for an array of leadership positions and other advanced roles in the private, public and nonprofit organizations
- Learn to venture into entrepreneurship, creating their own successful businesses
- Demonstrate that these aims have been fulfilled and that they have obtained proficiency in relevant key skills, including problem solving, communication and teamwork.
- Foster a strong ethical foundation in students, enabling them to navigate complex business environments with integrity and social responsibility.
On successful completion of this programme, students should be:
- Readily equipped with a variety of leadership, organizational and analytical skills
- Able to apply quantitative models analytical skills in handling problems of management and finance for sustainable business operation.
