B.Sc. ENTREPRENEURSHIP

INTRODUCTION

The B.Sc Entrepreneurship & Innovation purpose of the programme is to prepare the students for a career where they can use their skills as a professional in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. One can be trained to create new business opportunities, make start-up, Business innovation centre etc., This programme will aim to resolve real and complex business problems.

B.Sc Entrepreneurship & Innovation is to make professionals who can drive and take calculated risk and understand the dynamics of a competitive economy. They are focused on business idea generation and making the best of opportunities to craft their own business operation. This program will blend the Technology and business and create new opportunities.

GOALS

  • Students will be equipped with fundamental knowledge of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Which means making, designing, developing and commercializing new entrepreneurship based on innovative technologies.
  • Insight into the factors relevant for operation of a new venture;
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to identify new business opportunities (in both independent and corporate settings);
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to design a business model for a new business, iteratively refine it and present to external stakeholders
  • Design an innovative business model taking the special aspects and regulations of new venture context into account;

OBJECTIVES

  • To develop the knowledge, analytical skills and techniques.
  • Students will learn innovation and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Make students to understand real and complex business problems.
  • Students will learn to make their own business preposition and make new start-ups.
  • It will teach students how to lead people, create business opportunities, and understand and influence consumers
  • Students to become more competitive in the labour market by giving them the knowledge and the skills they need to transform innovative technologies into successful businesses.
  • Equip students with real-world experience in analysing the potential of a technology and putting forth innovative commercialization ideas.
  • It will Train and grow next generation of entrepreneurial talents.
