PROF. AJITH KUMAR V.V

Prof. Ajith Kumar V. V. serves as a Professor in the Department of Management and currently holds the position of Vice-Chancellor at Skyline University, Nigeria. He obtained his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Berhampur University, India, and has also completed a specialized course in Cross-Cultural Management and Problem Solving at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Prof. Ajith has designed and conducted several executive development programs focusing on Leadership, Conflict Management, and Negotiation for professionals from leading organizations such as Gulf Air and Wipro. He brings with him extensive teaching, research, and administrative experience from prestigious business schools in India, including ICFAI and the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Professor Ajith Kumar V. V. is a distinguished academic with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Human Resource Management. His research interests include Leadership, Human Resource Flexibility, Business Ethics, and Diversity Management. He has served in various leadership roles, including as Dean of the School of Business and faculty member at Skyline University College, Sharjah, and the Bahrain Training Institute, Kingdom of Bahrain. He has also been associated with esteemed institutions such as the ICFAI Business School and the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India.

Research interests encompass a broad spectrum of contemporary management domains, including Leadership Development, Human Resource Flexibility, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Diversity and Inclusion Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
